Thanks gents, latest from the police is that the car is still not found. Everything has been cancelled and now all that is left to do is sort it out with insurance.

We also buried Georgina today. A packed house and really good service.

Will keep everyone updated on the car and the turd that took it in the general discussion forum.

This post is not about anyone that we served with but a fellow serviceman. I just saw on the DVA FB page that an Ex Soldier, Shane Carter, who went missing from the Nowra Area on 02 April has been found. Sadly he has been found deceased. Local police and family expressed concern for him as he had some serious health concerns. It would appear that he has taken his own life.
So please look after each other and check on mates that you dont hear from for a while.

There are far too many returned serviemen taking their own lives. Something has to be done by DVA or who ever. I really dont have an answer to this scourge.
RIP Shane Carter. Your duty is done. Thankyou for your service.

Just noticed on the Pusser's Greenies site that Ron (Uncle Ron) CLARK, Ex-POETW passed the bar on the 17 of May 2016, he was 68. I personally didn't know Ron except through his posts on this site.

Another gone way to soon, fair winds and calm seas Ron your journey is done.
