Last time I was at Frisco's, January last year, my 20 something year old son and I had gone to the smoke to watch a one dayer. We were staying at the Royal Exhibition near Central.

After I showed my son the old hunting ground by walking from Kings Cross station down to Wooloomooloo we stopped in for a beer at Frisco's. We had a few and were up on the balcony about to leave and around 30 young women walked around the corner, all dressed in white, dresses, shorts, shirts etc and came into Frisco's and straight upstairs to the balcony. Turns out it was the beginning of a hens party and Jake and I were stuck right in the middle of it.

Well, about 10 schooners later we made it out, not long after the party moved on actually.

The Royal Exhibition was or may still be run by an ex LSSIG by the name of Nigel "Swampy" Marsh. He also runs the Zetland Hotel.
