Today is one of my days I spend some time thinking of past friends.
It is 43 years since the tragic loss of Voyager.
There were 3 Mobis lost that night.

OA David Reid , ERA Laurie Leeson and ERA Graham Nuss.

REST IN PEACE GUYS ........YOU ARE NEVER FORGOTTEN.

A truly sad day for the crew members that were killed in the collision.
Equally, in my opinion, as sad is the treatment and trauma suffered by the survivors.

I knew one at Leeuwin in 1967 when I joined as a JR. He was a Kellick store rate, Roy Dunbar. Sadly, he was in a bit of a fog all those years later.
I believe that he later took his own life.
So the collision claimed many more lives years after the initial collision.

RIP to the 82 lost in the collision and to the many that suffered for the remainder of their lives.

The whole tragic incident affected so, so many people for one reason or another.
They will never be forgotten.
