Col Kelson, another MOBI, taken far too early, deepest commiserations to his family and friends.

:omg1: Quite a shock to learn Col had crossed the bar... #-o :bugger: He was always a primary starter for all of our Annual RAN Skilled Hands Sydney Rocks Xmas Pub Crawl Smokeys :tchin: over the past 20
years
(except for our final one last November, which clashed with his son's wedding,) and his raucous presence will be sadly missed... :notworthy: VALE Col, rest on your oars, Matey, your journey's done... [-o< R.I.P. :(

Colin Michael KELSON - R42939
July 64 Intake

Col's Vietnam Service consisted of:

1 x Escort Trip to Vung Tau in HMAS Vampire in 1969.

1 x Escort Trip to Vung Tau in HMAS Vendetta in 1970.

I will leave it to others to expand on Col's Naval and Police careers. Along with his larrikin activities over many years.

From the Police Remembrance FB site:

"Col KELSON aka Pussa, NSWPF # 17357 from Redfern Police Academy Class 152A who Served the people of NSW for over 21 years in the Police & Police Rescue, 12 years in the Royal Australian Navy and, after Retirement, via the State Emergency Service, Forever Rest In Peace."

My condolences to all of Colin's family and friends, a MOBI lost so young.

RIP Col, your watch is done.

Sad news, many memories of Col. That rugby squad up there is filling up!
Comes just before the reunion of both the '64 entries next month.
Condolences to his family.
Vale Col, RIP your watch is done.
