In this mornings edition of the Melbourne Herald Sun there is a death notice from The Family and the Frankston RSL.
From the official number I would suggest that the person was a pioneer of the RAN Apprenticeship Scheme.

Williams. Ronald David.

Passed away peacefully after a short ilness.
RIP
your work on theis earth is done

Thanks for drawing our attention to his passing, PK, by my calculation, R. D. Williams would have been in about the 4th MOBI Intake,
but I'd appreciate any information that anybody can add to this notice, so that we can dress it up as it deserves... :evil3:

Rest on your oars, Ronald, your voyage is done... [-o<

Another of our pioneers gone, 4th termers would be around 73 now, so the years are rolling by and our old and bold are entering a dangerous age group.

Rest in peace Ron.
