I regret to inform that I have been advised of the passing of two of our MOBI family.

Allan (Gabby) Raymond Hayes, R42218 and a July 1958 entry, passed away sometime over recent months, full details not known. Perhaps a knowing MOBI could fill in the details for us all.

As noted below, Barrie Fraser R42266 and a January 1959 entry, passed 21 February 2019.

Barrie Fraser R42266 passed away 21 February 2019

I note from his record he made 4 trips to Vietnam between 1966 and 1971

Barrie lived in the Camperdown District for the past 2 years, however I hadn’t met him

The family is having a quiet Thanksgiving service at the Camperdown RSL Wednesday 23/2/19 at 1 PM

They have asked about the Naval Prayer, is this available on line?

Any other readings relevant to Naval Service?

They are only expecting a small number of family and friends to attend as Barrie didn’t want any fuss.

I have a White Ensign at the RSL
