Dear All,

Another of our early MOBIs has left us.

Former Chief Engine Room Artificer John Lawrence Martin (nickname “White Pincher”) passed away at 0400 on Friday 4 November.

A well regarded man and excellent tradesman, may he rest in peace.

John's Vietnam service consisted of 2 x Escort Trips to Vung Tau in HMAS Vampire in 1965/66.

The MOBI family has lost another one of it's elders.
