Good looking ships. Mind you, I think the ANZAC class looks okay, now that they have their updated, full complement of gear and weapons.

ANZACS - close to. To do the full upgrade they needed to add a bit in the middle and the cost was too high. At least they now have more "bang for their buck".

Yep, and that big new bulbous array they have now is a great soot catcher. I seen a photo of two of them on FB the other day and they looked bloody horrible .

I have just remembered a conversation I had with some clusterfck in Canberra regarding "redundancies". I suggested that there might be an issue with the ANZACs and their ability to recover seaboats (if there was to be an issue). He stated (confidently) that there were two davits to overcome the issue of a davit failing in service. Should have seen his face when I pointed out that the two davits used a common powerpack and it was that I was referring to.
