HMAS Brisbane DDG 41 FB page, posted by one George Hicks, (who identifies himself as a 'Former Photographer at
Garden Island Dockyard' and 'Royal Australian Navy',) shows the complete 24-page commemorative booklet for the
'Order of Service for the Commissioning of HMAS Brisbane Ceremony', along with a further 54 excellent photographs
of yesterday's historic event... :thumbright:

clip, and no videos have yet been added to the Royal Australian Navy Official Website, nor the Navy Today news feed, (why would there be, :dontknow: it's
the weekend in today's 9-5-Mon-Fri Navy, FFS,) :lol1: but if you can get past the adverts, to the 6:36 min mark, you'll see how :type: Channel 7 covered
yesterday's event... :salute1:

I happened to glance at the TV last night and saw the line of officers heading up the gangway as part of the ceremony. :omg1: :omg1:

I was just about to comment when SWMBO chimed in and said: "What the hell! Is the ship crewed entirely by officers???!!!" :lol1: :lol1: :lol1:

Couldn't have said it better myself. The navy continues with it's top-heavy policy. :snap: :faaaarrk:
