Hi Everyone,

I have just received our annual website hosting costs, which is $300. We also pay $40 annually for our Domain Name registration. Another problem we are having, is despite our continual vigilance to keep it in check, our disc space usage is continually growing and we are almost up to the next payment bracket which is $400 per annum.

Due to the bulletin board structure of our website, the disc usage will continue to grow even though Chris is continually pruning topics.

To try and keep our site free, Rick, Chris and I have been meeting these costs since 2003, but after some deliberation and a certain amount of reservation, we have decided to appeal to the membership for some financial assistance.

If we could have a contribution of say $10 per member, our financial burden would be substantially reduced. I will keep a running tally and financial records which I will post in this topic so you will all know how much has been received and where the funds are being spent.
