OK, some possible gold here. Amazing what you find. Pictures to follow once they are sized and loaded into the hosting site somewhere.

1. A Technical career in the Navy - printed August 1966 - full of obsolete pictures and stuff that enticed us all in at the time.

2. Booklet, RAN examination for Artificer Apprentice candidates - Sample papers - possibly printed in 1959

3. Second Term exam papers from November 1968 - Physics - Maths1 - Maths2 - English

4. Booklet, Passing out Parade June 1971

There is more somewhere but I haven't seen anything like this surviving and it makes the head spin just looking at the questions.

Addendum: I've been told that photo management and storage is at a premium so while I look at the options, the pictures will be delayed for a while. If anyone has an abiding wish to see what the exam papers etc were like, PM me and I'll email pictures.

I can remember standing on top of that water tank tower singing Christmas Carols. We were all sopranos at that time because we were either naked or in PJs and it was late at night in July!!!!!!!
