Hey ....I'm on your side .........I'm always encouraging people to get fit....eat well and healthily.....cut down on the alcohol .....watch the weight.....watch the waist ....been saying it on this site for years now .........IMO many of us go about it the wrong way....and I've seen many, many of these exercise machines on the road side at council pick-up time. Many of them in excellent condition. If you are really strongly motivated, you'll go out on the local parks/beaches and walk/jog then run.
But anyway .....again ..........prove me wrong!! But good luck with it.
I think there are some of those "fitness areas" out your way aren't there? The ones with exercise benches/presses/lifts/inclined angles etc etc set up by the council. Use them. Change it up. Jog/use weights/do planks/do sit ups/scrunchies etc etc. .......
Set yourself a goal. How about a "now" picture, and in three months time a "then" picture and then another in 6 months time.
Motivate all of us!!!!
Go for it!!!!
