Must have lunch!!! But I agree with CJ, last year there was some problem with payment as well, so maybe somewhere else that's less busy...if there is such a place.

:-k Perhaps we could set out in two lots of 10 starters, those finishing their breakfast early starting first and therefore get to have lunch first... :dontknow:

[-X Nah...! Don't like that idea... [-(

:partyman:
We don't wait for a whole year to catch up with our friends, only to be separated from half of them for most of the day...

[-( No, I reckon we ring ahead and book 20 people for lunch at The Lord Nelson, (they have a back room area) but at what time... :dontknow:

=; (I have a feeling we tried that once before and they don't take advance bookings, anyway, it's worth a call...) :-k

Fred, that's all pommy stuff, and we all know how weird they are!

The only people that can stomach pommy food are the Scots, because they're even weirder!!!

The pies over here are a real adventure within themselves, made even more so by the adding of dead horse (red tomato sauce) or real mushy peas and black plague (hot black sauce).

It's been said that a maggotbag a week eliminates the need for penicillin, scares away dropbears, long-clawed wombats and red kangaroos, and inhibits the growth of agapanthus. 8)

Breakfast of champions, eh? :D

Mind you, it hasn't helped any of the tiffies.............. :-k

Chris, I am afraid that those pommie pies are the closest thing we can find over here.

By the way, do you think if we call this place up we should tell them we want pommie pies? Or would they be apt to hang up on us?

Fred, when they answer, just tell them an Aussie mate of yours reckons no pommy bastard would be able to make a decent meat pie - seeing as they ran out of decent meat when we stopped shipping it to them!!! :D :D :D :D

I'd be interested to hear what their reply was!
