I agree that a date should be locked in no matter what comes up. I missed last years because I worked an overseas holiday around a locked in date and the bloody Navy decided to have a fleet Review.

I can't see too many of our regular participants being affected by and End of Era Reunion in WA. (except maybe Viv)

I agree with the above posts and suggest we lock in the 7th, 8th, and 9th of November.
