Yesterday I drove from Brisbane to the Gold Coast, starting at 10AM. Never again, what a pack of maniacs...

Brisbane here I come...  I must be crazy - Im going back for seconds AND THIS TIME Ive hired a car. My daughter is due tomorrow with her first child- the reason Im going. Thats not to say she will have it while we are there  So Im staying at Kenmore from the 10th Jan - 16th Jan and would be indebted to anybody who could recommend any attractions for a day trip or two...away from the traffic  I was thinking west of Kenmore.

You ARE crazy Gary, but understand the Grandad requirements. Interesting places to the west..? Goondiwindi is an 'interesting' place, just take body armour.
