Received this tonight, sent through the HMAS Brisbane Association...

G'day, Bill & Margaret,

In case you have not picked it up elsewhere, CDRE Harry Adams OAM RAN RET'D died in the Canberra Hospital last night. He had suffered a pulmonary embolism.

No funeral details yet - I will let you know.

The funeral will be held on THURSDAY 26 APRIL at 12 NOON
at the Queanbeyan Lawn Cemetery, Lanyon Drive, Queanbeyan.

At Harry's request, there will be a minimum of ceremony
and no eulogy.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Canberra Legacy will be appreciated.
