If I am unable to make it to the rocks do am I able to "request leave with a substitute"

Currently my daughter is in Sydney at university doing a Masters course.
(before you all jump in she got the brains from her mother)

I might be able to convince her to go along to the crawl and may be the Sunday harbor cruise if there are vacancies

Unfortunately I am going to be a late scratching for the Rocks run this year Rick.

I have been doing some consulting work and they have just advised me of a change for some critical dates which will unfortunately prevent my attendance.

However, there will always be next year to look forward to.

I will be with you all in spirit (or red or beer depending on what your poison is). :wink:
