I received word that Alan Asplin, ex CPOMTH, ex CPOAI, ex Anglican Chaplin, passed away at 3pm this morning. Alan found out he had cancer 2 or 3 months ago and we have lost him already.

He was heavily involved in the Jervis Bay Vietnam Vets and gave the blessing at all their meetings, as well as being involved in Anzac Days' at the Huskisson RSL.

Rest in peace Alan, you will be missed.

I just received this e-mail in case anyone is interested in attending Alan's funeral, Worrigee is a crematorium in Nowra.
