My old battery-operated grooming clippers died a few weeks back, but I spotted an inexpensive multi-tool 'The Groom Buddy' by Vidal Sassoon on FlyBuys for 8,500 points, so I thought WTF, why not... (Actually retails at Hardly Normal for only about $35.00..!)
Interestingly also, via a few related links, were the clips below, on how to properly tame one's beard and moustache... Having had beards and/ or moustaches off and on throughout my time both in and out of uniform, I figured I pretty well knew it all already, but thought WTF, just to reassure myself I'd been doing it right all these years. Well who said you can't teach an old dog new tricks...! .....................................https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=paUSXWMboxM.....................https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yGUISsEPEHY .....................................
"When Collin Acton OAM joined the Royal Australian Navy as a teenager, he didn't believe in God. He loved life at sea, being among the boilers and the turbines with his shipmates, and somewhere between ports, he found God. Collin was so drawn to faith, he decided to become a Navy chaplain. But after decades of service, Collin left the military the way he came in - as an Atheist. So how did the Navy's top chaplain lose his faith?

In the past we've featured occasional videos of unbelievable 'barn-finds' of vintage and antique automobiles, marvelling at these gems of yesteryear...
Having once been the proud owner of a Datsun 240Z for the last few years of my Navy life, the YouTube video below caught my eye, its a Datsun 280Z 'barn-find', with an incredible, yet nonetheless genuine 350 miles on the clock...!!! The restoration story that follows is incredible too...

Surprised they did not clean under the valance panel and the engine bay before all the polishing work outside. Goes to show that there are pristine models "out there".....
