Advice is being circulated by Danny Grose, revealing the sad loss of another MOBI, may he RIP.

It's with great sadness to inform you all that our good mate Barney Hogan 'crossed the bar' about 2:30am Friday morning, 15th November at his home in Beachmere, Queensland after a long battle with throat and mouth cancer.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his daughter Madelaine and all his extended family.

Madelaine has informed me that the Funeral Service will be held in his home town of Dalby, Queensland and probably on Wednesday 27th November but yet to be confirmed by the Catholic Church in the next day or two and I will post confirmation later as soon as this is known.

As usual, our 25th Nirimba Intake will be providing a flower wreath from our funds which I have organised with Mick Wellings. I will be attending the service and if anybody else would like to attend I'm sure that would be appreciated.
We would like to put something together for the eulogy so any little stories that anybody would like to say please send to me as soon as possible and I will combine it ... thank you.

RIP Barney Hogan ... your Duty is Done.

Kind Regards,
Wally McDonald
