Fixed date sounds like a great idea.

Can't be at this one unfortunately due to to family commitments (sons wedding) and SWMBO wouldn't understand.

I'll let my iPhone navigate. It does a great job , and I've loaded Toilet Mate just in case we get caught short between pubs ......links with Google maps to show you all the shitters around you and gives directions how to get there in a hurry....

...and of course once you're there you can listen to a bowel-moving song or watch a good bluey ....of course that could lead to reduced drinking time and poor eyesight, so probably not a good idea...
