Given that it's a one-off event, it seems feasible. 
The tall ships program is being pushed heavily at the moment in the yachties' world with all sorts of organisations planning to be involved either on the water or as spectators.
Naturally, if lots of people are going to be there they'll need somewhere to stay and accommodation will be at a premium - so bookings will need to be made ASAP!

I think we could change the "First weekend in November" routine in this case. It definitely is a one off event.
